The propriety was clean and staff was very nice! Rooms were very clean

The beds were too hard for my liking

Very clean nice place will be staying again when we visit. Breakfast was good the bed was so comfortable.

Location! Location! Location! The room was perfect. Clean. Bed was so comfortable. And, I love the bed pillows. Clean bathroom. Unfortunately I did not use the breakfast conveniences, as I had breakfast meetings. My room was right next to the elevator ~ I did not hear the elevator noise or other guests using it.

Breakfast was not what we excepted for hotels like yours. A disappointment.

We had a reservation for arrival 6p. We called and changed it to 10-11:00p. We arrived and our first floor room (as requested) was no longer available. We didn’t make it a big deal, but maybe need to clarify what expectations are associated with first floor (dog) room.

Staff struggled to find my entire reservation made through you service. I booked 2 nights and then added a 3rd night. THe 3rd night they were not able to readily find in their system. And not until I showed them I paid for a 3rd night were we getting anywhere. The check in process was too long as a result and took way too much of my time. Also, staff was ill prepared to man the Breakfast situation. Every morning there were no eggs to be found. And not until we summoned staff, and wait an additional 20 minutes were the eggs brought in. THeir staff had a terrible attitude. No smile, clearly hated her job. Maybe there were understaffed? The GM needs to do something about attitudes with those working in that area. As I recall this staff member had to stop laundry and be pulled into making eggs. It was ridiculous that one of the reasons we booked with this hotel was because they provided breakfast. This one provided it with alot of waiting and irritation by guests.

Beds are very comfortable

We have stayed at this location numerous times and had a good stay. This time we were traveling with our son and grandchildren. Their room smelled very strongly of smoke. The guests next to them had dogs which barked anytime they talked. I also thought the hallway on our floor had a urine smell. There was stains on the wall around the trash cans in both rooms. This stay was completely different than our previous stays - very disappointing!
