MainStay Suites Washington Dulles Airport

The location was good, close to the airport.

The room smelled awful, like nicotine even though we booked non smoking. The toilet seat was broken and it was hard to use the toilet, the floors were nasty, the door handles sticky and all sorts of dirt and splashes in the bathroom. The kitchen Cabinets were unsanitary as well as the furniture and the whole place.The bedding smelled and overall the place looks very rundown and dirty.

The staff were exceptional. Courteous. himerous. Professional Kind. Gracious. Respectful and dutiful. I felt will taken care of.

The hotel itself smells like long y'all guests in that it sleeps well lived in in a an unpleasant way. As I went to enter my room I smelled roach spray. Once inside out smelled of long then guests and very cheap cleaning products.

It was nice spacious

It didn't have any trash cans in the kitchen and bathroom
