Hotel is very elegant and friendly both breakfast options buffet and room service was amazing. Beds and rooms are so comfortable. Staff is very friendly and polite. Enjoyed hearing Hawaiian words from staff and staff was able to speak English as well.

(1) A vista do quarto é ótima. (2) O quarto é extremamente silencioso, confortável e enorme, ainda mais se considerar outros hotéis similares no Japão. (3) Equipe muito solícita e educada (4) O café da manhã, tanto no restaurante Italiano, como lá em baixo no Buffet é muito bom. O do restaurante Italiano é mais demoradinho, pois é tipo menu degustação, mas vale ao menos uma ida, pois além de delicioso tem uma ótima vista.

(1) O checkin é MUITO demorado, coisa de mais de 40 minutos, sem qualquer sentido de ser assim. Observamos ao longo da estadia e essa demora é meio que regra do hotel, sempre com pessoas esperando no lobby. Para o checkout, para não corrermos o risco de ter problemas com o horário de voo, meu marido foi de madrugada de tão surreal é a demora. (2) Embora a vista do quarto seja de fato maravilhosa, a foto do anúncio dá a sensação de que o quarto escolhido estava mais próximo da água que parecia. De fato a vista é para o telhado do Centro de Convenções. No horizonte tem uma boa vista, mas a vista imediata as fotos enganam. (3) as luzes do quarto não estão bem dimensionadas. O ambiente do Closet e da mesa de trabalho estão muito mal iluminados para a necessidade desses ambientes.

Ultra luxurious. Breakfast at the italian restaurant was the most elegant I've ever had in a hotel. Room is very large by Japanese standards - even by western standards it is a good size. Huge walk in closet and ultra modern bathroom. Wow.

ベッドの台？マット下の台の角に何度も脚をぶつけてしまいました。 連れも２度、私も２度ほどぶつけて擦りむいてしまいました。
