Really good breakfast with an incredible view. Lovely staff. Room aircon you can control yourself instead of central. Right near train station. Three Lawsons within 2 mins. 5 mins walk to Rinku Town - outlet shopping, food.

More washing machines and dryers. Room a bit dated. Pillows a bit hard.
