Rude staff. Fan & air conditioning didn’t work properly, breakfast area was chaotic. There were holes in the ceiling and walls. I woke up with bedbugs bites on my lower body. Requested to move to an other room as the fan was rattling, was told they would send someone but that person never came. Couldn’t sleep all night as it was hot despite a/c being set to 60f. It blew hot air! Checked out at 7am just to get away and be somewhere that cooler and calmer. I should be refunded

Parking was a little short on spaces. We arrived really late.

The level of service provided at this property is of very low quality. I am a titanium elite/ ambassador elite member who has spent many days in hotels as I travel on business. I booked a room for my granddaughter’s dance competition, and this hotel was an unfortunate choice. The second night of the stay their vehicle was broken into while at the hotel, and of course the hotel has no cameras covering the parking areas. That same night my guests ordered a pizza from the hotel kitchen, but their order was refused because the kitchen was closing in 30 minutes and the kitchen “already had enough orders to fill”. The icing on the cake came when my granddaughter forgot a few items in the room as she headed to her next event. The hotel front desk informed her that they would hold the items at the front desk, but upon returning to the hotel my family was told that no items were found. My granddaughter enjoys having quality clothing and items, which I now will have to replace for her since they apparently disappeared between the phone call to the front desk and the return to the hotel. I phoned the hotel management who seemed unconcerned about the situation. I have brought this up to Marriott corporate as well, but wanted to review the hotel here to warn others of the abysmal level of service provided by the staff at this hotel

Good easy location for travelers (not near beach), very accessible and nice rooms.
