Clean and good location

Everything was great except the free coffee cup lids didn’t fit the cups in our room and that’s being ridiculously picky because that was the only thing haha no big deal.

Even though the computer system was acting up the two ladies at the desk worked very hard to accommodate every guest while maintaining a positive attitude

It was nice and clean. Room was spacious and organized.

A couple of staff members were sweet and helpful. While who I believe was the assistant manager was a bit rude and standoffish.

Rudest receptionnist ever. No a good morning ou goodbye, just asked the last name and looking annoyed by our présence. First and Last Time in this hôtel

The room was comfortable and the desk attendant who greeted me was very friendly.

I was overcharged for my stay. I have reached out to corporate and the hotel individually and haven't received any response. The balcony door would not lock. When I reached out to the night attendant they seemed annoyed with me and at one point stopped talking with me.

They don't tell you that if you are local that their deposit is 250.00....and then took 22.00 out of deposit before check out. Gnats around bathroom sink, two bugs on the comforter on the bed...and another on the floor. Many other hotels in the area are much better.
