Bed was to soft,old?

On the positive side, the breakfast was good and offered a nice variety of options. The location is also convenient: the airport can be reached in just two train stops, and the hotel is only a 5-minute walk from the train station.

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. During our visit, there was a strike at the hotel, which meant that no room cleaning service was provided and no fresh towels were available. What was particularly frustrating was that we were not informed about this situation in advance. Furthermore, the hotel offered no apology, compensation, or goodwill gesture afterward. However, the rooms are quite small, and the bathroom design is poor. Every time we took a shower, the entire bathroom floor became flooded. Overall, the lack of communication, poor service, and absence of any effort to address the inconvenience made this stay disappointing despite the good location and breakfast.

Het ontbijt was heel goed. De kamers zijn prima en er zijn snelle liften.

Het was niet gezellig ingericht, het parkeren was duur, hoewel ver van het centrum. De lokatie lag ver van het centrum en in de directe omgeving is niets te doen. Op zondag was her restaurant van het hotel gesloten en in de loopomgeving was geen alternatief dus alsnog naar het centrum. Er waren echte maar 2 haltes waar je kaartjes kon kopen en dat was niet de halte bij het hotel, al met al nogal omslachtig. Door de bouw van het hotel, kubusvormig, vang het veel straatgeluid op. Het net net alsof je met het raam open slaapt, terwijl er een doorgaande weg langs het hotel loopt.

Staff were lovely. Check in was smooth. Its close to airport.

No kettle in room. Our room was really noisy all night due to position at back of hotel, eith ventilation or some other mechanical system started up sporadically and was really noisy all night.

Frokosten var svært god, og beliggenheten var god for det vi skulle på Sotra.

Rommet opplevdes som litt varmt om natten, men kunne ikke ha vinduet åpent da det var endel trafikkstøy om lørdagsnatten.
