PLRestaurant staff, despite being extremely busy, were positive and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, fresh and all the products were refilled on time.
My brother and I booked two rooms for our families, paid in advance and kindly requested to get these as close to each other as possible. I was informed that my request will be added to my reservations and that it should be arrangeable. At the check-in we were told it's not possible and we got rooms at the 3rd and 7th floor. One of the reasons for not getting them closer was that we checked-in late, which shouldn't be a case since both rooms were paid for in advance. They should be waiting for us whether we'd check in early or not arrive at all. We chose this hotel mostly for the swimming pool which was closed at the time of arrival due to a planned reconstruction... Nobody informed us about it, we were not compensated for this inconvenience in any way. If I knew I'd surely choose a different hotel. The soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty. This wasn't an issue for us as we had our own cosmetics but this a huge oversight for a such a big hotel. The room was really small. At first we thought we were given a wrong room as there was just one double bed for a family of four. I soon discovered there were two more beds folded into the wall just like on the ferry. After unfolding them the room got even smaller, this should be maximum for a couple. There was no mini-refrigerator in the room. I thought this was a standard equipment in modern Scandinavian hotels. But I should have checked more carefully the listed equipment when I booked it, I guess the same applies to the size of the room, so these two are partially my fault.
