"Högljutt på rummet av fläkten, blött i skorna eftersom det inte fanns badtofflor, små handdukar"

Frukosten var det bästa under vistelsen. Särskilt äggröran. Mer frukt hade varit önskvärt.

Det var en fläkt/ac på rummet som lät så mycket att jag inte fick någon sömn. Trots öronproppar. Sen gled madrasserna iväg hela tiden och det gjorde sängen mkt obekväm. Det var dammigt och ingen bäddade ens vår säng när vi var borta över dagen. Spa badet var skönt men det luktade illa i duschrummen och var så skitigt. Det fanns inte ens badrockar eller tofflor att låna. Och handdukarna från rummet var jättesmå och man fick bara en per person. Tror inte vattnet var helt rent för en av oss fick hörselgångsinflammation efter att ha doppat huvudet under vattnet. det var folk som satt med Mobilerna i bassängen. Kändes inte ok! Krångel och dyrt med parkering och minimal information och hjälp från personal. Överhörde hur andra fick helt annan och mycket bättre information än vi fick. Men då var det försent. Ni har potential att vara ett jättebra hotell men nu blev det tyvärr en besvikelse ist.

"Simple and enough but a bit dirty and no streaming services."

Location, simplicity, staff!

The rooms could have been more clean. I found dust and hairs from previous guests. The dust was in the hard to reach corners and hairs under bed. I have a toddler så he was everywhere and got it on his clothes. We also would like to recommend the hotel to make it possible to watch netflix, Disney + etc.
