Nära till allt. Den lilla ”spaavdelningen ” uppskattades av barnen efter lång dag på Kolmården. Trevligt att bli bjuden på påtår vid frukostbordet.

Everything was great, the staff were very helpful and polite.

The Spa was not according our expectations, it would have been nice that the guests can book a time when they visit the SPA, otherwise it was a mass when we were there, too much people in one place and nobody can really enjoy. Also there were guests sitting in the outside pool and drinking their own beers for 3h and nobody else couldn`t get in, so probably there should be more staff who will check the situation at the Spa center.

Personalen var väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående. Att det fanns liten relaxa på våning 5. Lekrummet vid matsalen, drinken barn fick gratis vid incheckning.

Hårda sängar. Litet utbud på frukosten. Menyn på restaurangen kunde varit större, lite större portioner.
