Trevlig personal i restaurangen.

Okunnig personal i receptionen, skickade oss till fel våning, skulle återkoppla om bad men hörde aldrig av sig. Otroligt lyhört, det var högljutt till ca 23.30 väldigt svårt att sova.

Vi hade två st rum. Ett familjerrum med två små barn. Det var otroligt stökigt långt in på natten och tidig morgon av ungdomar som levde om om bankade på dörren flera gånger. Ledare var och sade till flera gånger men det hjälpte inte. En katastrofal natt för dom som bodde i det rummet med andra ord.

"Bra, men kunde bli lite bättre."

Hotell var bra, personal trevlig. Vi lånade poolen som dock var i kallaste laget. Vi skulle ta lite mat och blev hänvisade till hotellets restaurang, När vi kom ner så var det fullt. Där stod vi med tre hungriga barn. Ingen hade talat om att vi behövde boka bord. Så vi fick ge oss iväg o köpa mat, då barnen var hungriga. Frukosten var bra.

Brist på upplysning om att det behövdes boka bord till restaurangen på kvällen. Kallt vatten i poolen.

Well located for visiting relatives in Orebro. Very close to supermarket (Willy:s). Easy to reach town centre. Very reasonable hotel rates.

Weather was not very good. Dangerous area when walking at night. No coffee/tea facilities offered by hotel in the room??
