The welcome and all the staff we met were exceptional, helpful and informative.
The breakfast buffet was fabulous. We had one evening meal in the hotel which was excellent.
The rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable, clean and the lighting very good however the decor for a Scandinavian hotel were strange - grey decor not what you would expect.

Rummet, frukosten och miljön var utmärkt.
Vi hade ett hubdrum men då vi kom saknades både bädd och skålar. Det tycker jag är en fin service som vi fått på andra hotell. Dessutom brukar det oftast finnnas en liten goddiebag till hunden innehållande hundgodis, tuggben eller något annat trevligt till hunden. Det är absolut inget måste med goddiebag men det känms väldigt välkomnande.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, vielfältig und gute Qualität. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Schöner kleiner Saunabereich mit Tauchbecken, bei mir fehlten Handtücher. Besonderer Charm des Hotels, sehr zu empfehlen, ruhig gelegen, Tram direkt vorm Haus.
