Posizione perfetta, ottima colazione

Inizialmente mi hanno dato una stanza senza finestre, per cambiarla ho dovuto aggiungere 50€ Sulla prenotazione non era riportata la mancanza della finestra. Inoltre, sui cuscini erano presenti dei capelli precedenti. Abbiamo anche chiesto di pulire la stanza ogni giorno e invece ci sono stati solo rifatti i letti e non sono stati cambiati gli asciugamani
