The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The grounds around the hotel are beautiful. The newly renovated rooms are very comfortable with the lake view from the patios or the balconies.

We arrived quite late at night but were greeted graciously by the front desk. We had two adjoining rooms - spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean, well-appointed and quiet. We had our choice of pillows - from soft to firm, all situated on the comfortable king size bed. Walk-in showers are fitted with all you could desire, including soft, absorbent towels. Waking up to a hot cup of coffee in the room was a treat. And having a fridge in the room was particularly helpful to us. Breakfast is served till 10AM, which is nice after having had a long day of travel. We particularly enjoyed the pancakes made to order - hot and steaming, with butter and syrup. The scrambled eggs were tasty, and there were many choices of rolls, toast, bagels, home fries, etc to round out the meal. We spent three nights at the hotel, and we found every staff member to be friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this gem of a property - with excellent management!

This hotel is the most presentable of all hotels in Hayward Wisconsin. i was told it was recently renovated , We had one of those rooms and the fittings and fixtures were classy mostly upmarket Kohler. very well laid out with breakfast area , seating for relaxing and dining with an open concept leading to a well stocked library . We found the surrounding immaculate and well maintained. Out doors : barbecue facilities and paddle boat available
