Très bonne literie ! L'accès au sauna 24h/24 est vraiment un plus. L'hôtel est globalement bien, et très bien situé à côté du parking Rogier avec tarif préférentiel abordable, et le métro au pied de l'hôtel.

La première chambre qui nous a été attribuée avait une forte odeur désagréable, mais surtout, on entendait les voisins de la chambre d'à côté assez distinctement pour comprendre ce qu'ils disaient alors qu'ils ne criaient pas. Nous avons demandé immédiatement à changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait tout de suite, bon service ! Malheureusement, la nouvelle chambre n'avait plus de machine à Expresso (on nous a proposé de changer de nouveau, mais nous avons refusé, il faut le noter). Même si au début la nouvelle chambre était très calme, nous avons fini par retrouver la même expérience de voix qui traversent les murs quand la chambre d'à côté a été occupée. En conclusion, l'insonorisation n'est vraiment pas top... Expérience mitigée pour un 4 étoiles.
