Breakfast buffet. Lucy del los Santos is an exceptionally hard working and friendly lady. Thank you very much for all your help and your wonderful smile in the morning. All the helpful receptionists.

The carpet at the breakfast restaurant is totally worn out and needs to be changed. One receptionist, a big and tall man interfered when I was asking another receptionist if we could change to a bigger room , he just said in a rather rude tone "We don't have another room available! " When I said that our room had a problem with the handwash sink he replied" I can give you another room but the same size .I then asked him if a suite would be available and all of the sudden he changed his tone completely. He said" Yes, right across from your room number 540 is available and I will figure out the extra cost for you and call you and we will also take care of the sink problem. I was happy and agreed. Well, he never called and never took action regarding the clocked up sink. Very rude and unprofessional. I was willing to pay 1000 dollars more for the suite, now it is the loss for Leonardo Hotel. We stayed 13 nights and during this time the suite was not occupied. Thanks for nothing big guy. A couple of days later I reported the sink to a lady receptionist who took care of it immediately and the sink was fixed within a half hour.
