בכניסה לסאונה דרשו שאזמין טיפול (מסאג׳) כתנאי לכניסה לסאונה. זה לא מקובל בשום מלון וגם אין ציון האתר בוקנינג שכניסה לסאונה כרוכה בתשלום. לו היה ציון שכזה באתר בוקינג ייתכן שהייתי בוחר במלון אחר

I had the most wonderful experience for the duration of my stay, from check-in to check-out. All the staff are incredibly friendly & helpful & went the extra mile to ensure that I had everything I needed. The hotel is in an excellent location right on the beach & within walking distance to most of the popular areas in Tel Aviv. Shops, restaurants and bars are on the doorstep, as is Gordon Beach. There is also a bus stop across the road, which is very convenient. I walked along the promenade to Jaffa, which was easily accessible. The breakfast is kosher, fresh & delicious with a huge variety to suit all dietary requirements. The rooms & bathrooms are spacious & clean. The beds are very comfortable. The bar in the lobby is fantastic. The pool & gym areas are also fantastic & clean. I highly recommend this hotel & am in the process of booking it again for my next trip to Israel. Thank you to all the wonderful staff for making my stay so enjoyable.
