Très mauvais rapport qualité-prix il y avait des cafards à mon étage vous trouverez les photos ci-joint et la compensation que l'hôtel a trouvé c'est de me mettre ensuite pendant 2 jours alors que j'ai galéré deux jours avec les cafards

J'étais au 17e étage il y avait des cafards partout il y en a un qui est monté sur ma femme ils m'ont changé de chambre le lendemain et la seule compensation qu'ils ont trouvé à me donner c'est de me mettre ensuite pendant 2 jours sans aucun remboursement ni aucun extra offert alors que il m'avait dit le contraire je trouve ça inadmissible d'aller dans un hôtel 5 étoiles et de tomber sur des gros cafards comme ça je vous déconseille fortement d'y mettre les pieds

"Cafard party"

Nous avons séjourné avec ma femme pour l'anniversaire de mariage dans cet hôtel un cafard est monté sur nous nous en avons trouvé plein il devrait perdre ses 5 étoiles cet hôtel c'est une calamité, les responsables m'ont donné un surclassement dérisoire de 2 jours dans une suite alors qu'on a vécu deux ou trois jours de calvaire, j'attire votre attention sur le fait de ne pas vous rendre dans cet hôtel vous trouverez ci-joint les preuves de ce que j'avance

לא קיבלנו בהתחלה מה שהזמנו אבל הנושא טופל במהירות סבירה לשביעות רצוננו. שירות טוב. נחמד שיש חלוקים בחדרים בנוסף למגבות.
