L'emplacement qui est fidèle à la description c'est à dire central, proche de tout. Le kit d'accueil avec de l'eau, des capsules de café ainsi qu'une petite bouteille de porto, sympa. Les hôtes étaient très réactifs.

Le bruit. Etre au centre n'excuse pas tout, c'est un problème que connaissent toutes les grandes villes.Peut-être songer à du double voire du triple vitrage. Appart sous le toît, bruit s'apparentant à une soufflerie ttes les nuits ainsi que celui de la rue, pourtant nous ne sommes généralement pas sensible au bruit mais là, à la limite du supportable.Notez que la seconde chambre est en fait une mezzanine ouverte sur la pièce de vie. La douche de l'étage aurait besoin d'un petit détartrage car l'eau s'écoulait difficilement. Vingt euros si nous souhaitions déposer nos bagages avant l'heure prévue alors que cela coûte 1.34 l'heure dans les bagageries, n'est-ce pas un peu exagéré ? Surtout lorsque l'on reste 4 nuits au prix que coûte la nuit.

The loft itself is beautiful and the patio was an added bonus. We had everything we needed, towels, kitchen items, microwave, Nespresso, large fridge, comfortable furniture and bed, air con. It was wonderfully clean and in a fab location for everything including the markets. Lovely touch being left a small bottle of local port as a welcome gift. Great communication from the owners.

A little suggestion but only a personal preference - a small TV in the bedroom would be nice. While the location was perfect, I’ve got to be honest, the noise coming from the street, even 3 floors up, was pretty bad- general cars going past, singing, shouting, cars revving. There is a craft ale bar downstairs (next door but one) but it didn’t seem the type of place to have shouting and loud music between 11pm and 3am. One evening the singing outside and shouting went on until 4am. Upon arrival I spotted two pairs of ear plugs for guests so I’m guessing the owners have had this conversation before. I just cannot sleep with earplugs though! I know the owners can’t do too much about, but maybe have a word with local bars about respecting residents or look at some sound proofing??

Prima centrale ligging, alles in Porto goed bereikbaar. Prachtig ruim en schoon appartement. Ontbijtmogelijkheden en supermarkt in de buurt. Goed en vriendelijk contact met de host.

Nuestra estadía acá fue increíble! El alojamiento se encuentra en el corazón de la ciudad, con muy buen acceso a todos los barrios que nos interesaba visitar. Alojamos en un apartamento tipo loft y disfrutamos de un espacio sumamente luminoso, con una amplia terraza, una cocina bien equipada y un espacio muy cómodo para trabajar. Todo estaba muy limpio y la comunicación con el host fue clara y fluida desde el primer momento. Además, tanto el proceso de check-in como el de check-out fueron expeditos y fáciles.

A gusto personal, la cama me pareció un poquito dura. Además, el agua caliente dura un tiempo limitado ya que el agua calienta con un boiler, así que si dos personas se pretenden bañar una después de la otra, puede ser un poco difícil.

La arquitectura del edificio en sí y la decoración, cuidada y con estilo. Los techos altos son maravillosos. Es un apartamento muy espacioso para 2 personas y además tiene una terraza con una mesa en la que se puede desayunar. También es tranquilo, no hay ruido puesto que da a la parte trasera y en invierno es muy soleada por su orientación.

El sofá no estaba muy limpio. No me parece bien que te anuncien en el check in que si pierdes las llaves tendrás que pagar 200 euros.

Lovely property. Easy to follow the check in instructions (the second floor is not the one with the blue seat but the one above it). Clean and well organised. And the hair dryer has a diffuser, which is much appreciated. Very pleased with our stay here. Supermarket and market within one to two minutes walking distance. Cheap luggage storage at company across the street (€12 a day for a large locker). Would stay here again.

The microwave is more complicated than the check in instructions 😂 but we figured it out.
