"Excellent location in a lovely hotel with very helpful staff"

The location of hotel was good. Near the centre. It took us about 15 minutes to walk in. We paid for parking at the hotel which was a bonus. The centre was very lively and atmospheric. Near to Albert Docks and the river. Excellent choice of things to eat at Breakfast.

If I was being picky our bathroom didn’t have anywhere to put our damp towels on but our shower over the bath was excellent

"An enjoyable 1 night stay"

We enjoyed our 1 night stay at the Crowne Plaza in Liverpool. The staff were friendly and polite, the room and bed were comfortable as is standard for Crowne Plaza. The hotel is well positioned, next to the Liver Building and handy for the shops and the passport office. We booked a package which included our evening meal and this was very good value, well cooked and enjoyable We took advantage of the pool whilst we were there. The pool areas were clean and well presented. There is parking which is payable. As always the Crowne plaza breakfast didn't disappoint.

"It was nice however my partner paid extra for a birthday surprise and it was literally a few petals and a bottle of pros"
