Staff was extremely friendly. Location is fine. Room was overall satisfactory as there was AC and it was not too small.

Room was smelly (no window) and I found 2 small cockroach, probably because of the humidity.

Location was good near to railway station and bus stops

Firstly I want to ask booking.com that do they take responsibility of providing what is displayed on their website? Secondly the hotel treated us as if we are staying for free when we book through booking.com at some discounted price. Staff provided a clumsy room and said that it’s only on the offer as we have booked from booking.com I had booked a deluxe double room but was provided with that clumsy room. I booked the stay for next day in same hotel but they didn’t change my room and lied on my face that other rooms are not vacant. Overall a bad stay. They have good rooms but only if you book directly with them at higher prices.
