Hilton Boston Woburn

We just checked out of our one night stay a hour & a half early at this Hilton location. We stayed on the 3rd floor and had a balcony room over looking the pool and the main lobby. Our room was nice and had just the right amount of space for my partner and I.

However, it’s two things that really disappointed us. On the website it states the pool is heated. FALSE! The pool is regular temperature, COLD which was really disappointing because we were looking forward to it the most. This morning, I went down for breakfast when I was informed our room did not include breakfast. In fact, I was told I’m on my own for breakfast. This took me by a surprise being spoken to by staff of this hotel. I wasn’t offered to purchase breakfast or even a cup of coffee. That interaction was very distasteful and resulted into an early check out.

It was clean and smelled good.

I was charged twice, once on my credit card and once on my debit card. When I told the front desk lady about it at the time and again when I was checking out, they told me that I was wrong, even tho I pulled up my banker my app and showed them, they said I’d have to take it up with my bank. I’m livid.

Checking in and out was easy. Rooms were roomy and pleasant.

Very tough to find parking because the garage and parking lot were very full on Friday and Saturday nights. The toilet in my bathroom didn't flush well. The toilet paper and facial tissues were very thin and sort of rough. Towels were rough too.

Pool area is dirty and needs cleaning and maintenance Fire alarm system needs replacing or repairing. Bathroom tired and worn Not enough sockets in the rooms or sockets hidden Unhelpful check in staff who told us one thing but in reality it was incorrect Breakfast staff - had to ask three times for orange juice and then she only filled one glass on a table with two of us - took us ages to get another. Why not just have the juice out and let people help themselves?

Absolutely love the inside outside balcony and my son enjoyed playing pool with his friends we just wish the pool was open just a little bit later

I don’t think that there was anything we did didn’t like
