Close to Orpheum; staff were friendly.

The white shade did not blackout the lights from the building across the street so we had very little darkness in our room to sleep. Also, your parking ramp is hard to figure out how to get to.

I was delighted and amazed at the truly excellent service I received from your staff. I would like to especially call out the fabulous Johanna!!! She was kind, super accommodating, very helpful, and has a great sense of humor. Additionally, she made me feel totally at home! Please do whatever you can to recognize her kindness and hard work. "One of the BEST!"

I loved, loved, loved this hotel!! I was staying on business so didn’t get to explore the area, but the hotel itself is designed so well! It has a cool, mid-century modern look, but still very cozy. They leave a robe in your room, have products that smell good (including liquid hands soap), and they have an Nespresso maker. So no yucky coffee in the morning! Their bar has a cool vibe and the food was good too! The beds are extremely comfortable and I had no problems with noise. The fitness center is great too! They had a Peleton bike which is always a plus. Seriously, one of the best I’ve stayed at!
