Toilet was nice.. Room was big.

Our room had 2 connecting doors.

Front desk was extremely nice, location good, clean room.

Stayed Thanksgiving night for business. Comfy bed and pillows, hot shower, A/C works, ate at the bar downstairs and the food was awesome, drinks were cold, and service was excellent. Located downtown but too cold for me personally to walk around so will be back to give that part an opportunity. Fitness room is on 7th floor with plenty of treadmills, ellipticals, and Pelotons along with some machines, dumbbells, and room to spread out for a HIIT workout!

I stayed this month for the NSTA conference. The hotel was great. All of the staff that I interacted with, from checking in, eating at the hotel restaurant, asking questions at the front desk, to checking out at 4am, were extremely friendly, kind, pleasant, patient, and hospitable. The room was very clean and the floor was quiet. I thought it might get a little noisy on Friday and/or Saturday night but there weren't any issues at all. I'm a light sleeper, especially when away from home, and I slept great here. There weren't any disturbances and I opted to have a "greener" stay with housekeeping only coming in after I left. The hotel restaurant was clean and the food was amazing! Props to the chef on the beautiful presentation of the Avocado Toast at breakfast. There's an easy connection to the Skyway from the hotel. I had a great experience and have nothing but positive things to say about Hotel Indigo in Minneapolis.

The location of the hotel to restaurants, the US Bank Stadium, Mill City Museum, and Target Center was ideal. The area is very walkable and the light rail is two blocks away should someone wish to use the light rail BLUE line to get from the airport to the hotle and to get to and from the Mall of America.

Booking.com and/or the hotel assigned us to a room for handicapped persons. This did not bother us. It was the shower that was extremely annoying and would be for a handicapped individual as well. The shower curtain, which goes nearly to the floor is the type that bows out to give more room. Unfortunately, the slightly raised part of the floor intended to keep what in the shower area and to go down the drain is straight and now bowed out, SO MOST OF THE WATER HITTING THE SHOWER CURTAIN GOES OUTSIDE THE RAISED PART OF THE FLOOR AND FLOODS THE NON-SHOWER AREA WHERE THERE IS NO DRAIN. This causes a real problem no matter what person and their capablities is in the room. We were on the eighth floor, but I'm guessing all handicap room showers are the same and need to be corrected.

Very clean, comfortable bed. Shower was wonderful.

The restaurant could have offered more choices

The entirety of the perfection of this hotel is unmatched. From the ambience and decor to the water pressure and coffee maker, everything is top notch!
