DoubleTree by Hilton Nashua

This was the worst experience I have had in a hotel by far. The hotel was literally taken over by a soccer club of some sort that had young kids playing soccer in the hallways at all hours of the evening. The kids were bouncing balls off the guest room doors. The pool area was even worse. Guests couldn't use the pool since the soccer club took over the entire area for hours playing soccer in the pool. To make matters worse, some of the kids rendered the hot tub unusable by putting soap in it. It had to be closed. It will be very disappointing if the hotel 'management' takes this post down so no one knows the truth about what happens here. This is not the first occurrence of such behavior being tolerated instead of this place being run as a hotel for guests. This experience was the most egregious display of kids run amok with no parental supervision that any hotel guest should have to endure.

Customer service was extremely helpful. Mara went above and beyond to help me get my room and double booking straightened out.

The service in the restaurant is above and beyond. Elise the bartender is friendly and professional. Very welcoming. I tried my first lobster roll and Kevin seemed to make it with love lol But for real. 2 very kind and welcoming people. Thank yall so much.

Julio at check-in genuinely made our entire arrival feel easy. Traveling with a family of 6, luggage everywhere, a dog, tired kids, and trying to figure out how we were all getting settled on the 3rd floor could’ve easily turned into a stressful mess. Instead, Julio stepped in with patience, kindness, and a calm attitude that immediately took the pressure off. He helped us switch into a more accommodating room and somehow made the whole process feel completely effortless. No hassle, no frustration, just someone who clearly cares about making guests comfortable. By the time we got upstairs, the chaos had completely faded and we were actually able to relax and enjoy the start of our stay. People like Julio make a huge difference, and we truly couldn’t be happier with the experience he gave our family. I respectfully demand a raise for Julio!!!

The lobby was clean, and the staff were pleasant. There was a well stocked convenience area, and the cookies were warm.

The shower curtain had someone else's hair on it, the shower handles were falling apart, and the temperature handle was hard to adjust. Water pressure was adequate. The rest of the bathroom was fine. The beds were really hard, and the sheets/duvet were scratchy. The pillows were fantastic, though. There was only one elevator working during the whole evening and night, but both were working come 7:30am. The coffee in the room was terrible, and there was no complimentary coffee in the lobby. $4.50 for a cup of crappy Starbucks coffee. All in all, it's not worth the price. Will not recommend and would not repeat the visit.
