Safety features, must use the key card to use the elevator to access the floors. Great when you have kids and worry about who might be wandering the premises. The beds were very comfortable.

There is no refrigerator or microwave in the room. I had two connecting rooms and neither one had refrigerator or microwave. When traveling with kids especially babies I need to put my milk in the fridge. And there was no ice machine on the floors. You had to go down to the store by front desk to request a small bag of ice. Also the ac didn’t work….. we set the thermostat to what we wanted and left the hotel but when we returned several hours later it was still hot in the room. It was a really long night trying to sleep when it’s hot and muggy in the room. One shower was missing the button needed to turn the shower head on and I felt like that should have been fixed long before it was assigned to us because the cleaning crew would have seen it was missing. I had to use my car key to push the button. Also went out the back door to my vehicle with my kids and two guys sitting on the bench rolling up a joint. The smoking area needs to be farther away from that door.

The only thing likable about the hotel was the lobby.

None of the amenities worked. Mini fridge didn’t get cold. Tv turned off every time anything was plugged in (chargers, clock, etc) Staff was unreliable. When i explained how nothing worked in the room they only offered us $15. The tv was also extremely small. Furthermore they took $100 deposit from us and swore it was refundable. We only received $15. Lastly the rooms were veryyyy old and rickety. Definitely not worth $260 plus the stolen deposit that they didn’t tell us why we didn’t get back.
