The staff was great at front desk and the manager too.

Elevator not working the shower did not drain properly the house keeping the house keeping department did not empty the trash every day or leave clean towels no gluten or dairy free food options although were adverstized they did

Breakfast was ok , you should include potatoes

Nothing everything was good , price should be more reasonable

Very dirty and smelly rooms. 3 days without directv and they just kept saying they were working on it. We only stayed here because we were traveling with our dog and the only other hotel that accepts pets is Hampton Inn and it is even dirtier than this Best Western.

I did like the location where the hotel is, But there is no worth for money i paid.

Room was spacious.

Pool under construction without notice. TV and Wi-Fi had to be reset by staff every 30 minutes, bed was hard as a rock, and room was musty.

The pool was close, the tv not working, the hotel itself is short staff, the staff at the check in are not at all sincerely apologetic about the concern that I raised, about not getting any notifications about the pool being closed during our stay, the only reason why we booked the hotel is the pool, if I have knows it’s close we should stay somewhere else.

Worst customer service experience ever. Gave us a room that we could not even walk too due to distance. Husband disabled. Never again would we stay there. Manager very curt and arrogant. Wanted our money back as had no more acceptable rooms. Would not give us our money back.
