Very convenient location and the staff exceeded all expectations. They treated me exceptionally well and accommodated my requests as well as my experiences with Four Seasons and The Ritz Carlton Hotels.

There aren’t any negative comments.

We chose the Comfort Inn after the arrangements for a house we had rented had “fallen through.” As we had prepared to bring a few food items for our stay at the house, we were now hoping for a large refrigerator to meet our emergency needs. Initially, thinking the refrigerator would be smaller, I asked Riley at the front desk if we could possibly rent a second one for our stay. He was very surprised, but said he would talk with his manager about our request. Well, we got to our room and it was abundantly clear that the room refrigerator was more than sufficient for our needs (more like a college dorm fridge than a bar fridge). In addition the room (with a king size bed) is huge! And, unlike so many other hotels, this one had sufficient electronic connections and places to lay our luggage and clothing. My husband was also very pleased with the comfortable chairs. The television is typical satellite, but sufficient for our stay. I also loved the full-length mirror, the bathtub (hard to find nowadays), the plush bed pillows—and how impeccably clean the room was. I had several opportunities to talk with Kelly, an assistant manager at the Comfort Inn, and she was just a delight—always so helpful and pleasant.

While the gentleman attending the breakfast area was very welcoming and attentive to keeping the stations clean and filled, neither I nor my husband were pleased with the eggs. I think they might have cooked from a package (?)—unfortunately they tasted like cardboard. Also, the tea bag at the station reads “regular tea” on it without a brand name. I asked the attendant if this was black tea and he said he thought it was green tea. I thought, “Green tea in the morning?” So, I opened the bag and told him it was definitely black tea. I would encourage Comfort Inn to upgrade to a brand name tea (that’s clearer in its identification). I wish the pool water had been a little warmer; my husband and I took a dip in the pool, but stayed close to the jets where the warm water was coming out. Though, the pool area is just beautiful!
