The location.

I was overcharged at check-in. I was told it was a booking.com problem and I have to work with them for a refund. I wasn't charged anything by booking.com I was charged by a staff member at the hotel. I was charged for 5 nights when I was only staying 4 nights. I had 2 different staff members say they would get in touch with the owner to work on my refund, and took my contact info. It's 5 days later and I have not received a call, email or refund. Not a great way to start or end a vacation. There is also construction going on.

"Ok .. But parties....."

The place was clean.

Parking was difficult. Looks like they are undergoing an upgrade. And idiots next to me decided to have a party and I left early due to the loud bass music and voices in hall.
