The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Hotel was a good bargain .

My husband and cousin stayed the night to wake up close to the DMV for motorcycle license tests. They said it was ok. The air clocked of and on all night. They were either freezing or sweating all night. They tried for breakfast, but said it's was packed and all it consisted off was bagels and cereal so they opted for Ihop. Iwould choose something cheaper if just passing through.

Spark by Hilton in Calhoun, Georgia is a newly renovated hotel in a great location right off of the Interstate. It is located in a safe area near other nice hotels, gas stations, and food options. Ruby Tuesday Restaurant gives you 10% off if you show your room keycard. This is a fantastic place to stay if you are like me, someone who doesn’t want to spend a fortune for a pool, etc., while traveling but is a clean freak about hotel rooms. Our hotel room had no carpeting so the floor was very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable with plenty of pillows and fresh clean, odorless linen. The mattress was encased with a waterproof (and bedbug proof) mattress protector. The room was not cluttered with a bunch of furniture. Huge flatscreen TV. Quiet AC/heater. Bathroom had new Hilton brand towels, plenty of toiletries by the sink and in the tub/shower. Nice new Kohler brand toilet, incredible water pressure and hot water in the shower. Again, spotless and odorless throughout the room. Breakfast area was clean and available but we didn’t eat anything. It offered coffee, juice, bagels, cereal, and more. Pleasant lady to replenish and keep seating area clean. Overall, Spark in Calhoun is an incredible value and 10 out of 10 in my opinion. I couldn’t ask for anything better for the price!

Convenient place to stop to rest.

Let me say first, our stay was not necessarily bad. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean and it was located in a great area for the conveniences we needed. The major problem was the noise. If they would put something to stop the doors from slamming it would be so much nicer. All through the night and early morning doors were slamming and jarring us awake. Also the breakfast consisted of bagels, toast, small packaged muffins, bananas and yoghurt. It was not such a big deal because there were several places to eat close by within walking distance. The staff was not pleasant nor were they unpleasant. They were just very bland. I wasn’t there to marry any of them so it didn’t make any difference! Overall, if I stayed there again, I would make sure to bring earplugs with me and would sleep like a baby.

Nice and clean and price was right!

This was a nice clean stop for a family of 5. Enough beds for everyone is often a challenge. This was a great deal.
