Super Hotel O Nawada Metro

The hotel and hospitality was so bad that we cancelled our booking right after the first look.

I didn’t like the property even at all. It was a pathetic experience and stay there. Very bad rooms, No amenities were there. Gyser was not working, didn’t get towel, TV was not working. Untidy Rooms. Very bad Bedsheets. They charged extra even though I did the complete payment one day before to confirm my stay. Hotel staff asked to pay more to do the check in. I was wandering here and there to park my Car. No facilities provided by the hotel.

I did not like anything about the property. The person at the reception asked me 1000Rs while my total amount to be paid was somewhere around 750Rs. He asked me that in a slow voice, since we were unmarried couple he asked me more money. Such a disgrace to have such people in hospitality industry.
