It's an older Holiday Inn and just needs some updates and attention to details. Air conditioning did not work well. Drapes did not completely close. It looks like staff does the best they can to keep it clean and presentable. Breakfast bar was well stocked and maintained. Staff was friendly.

Breakfast was great. Hot brewed coffee, cold refrigerator full of yogurt, milk, hard boiled eggs, butter, cream cheeses. Fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, biscuits, gravy, buffet style plus sweet rolls and juice machine.

They did not have our reservation. We showed our confirmation email, and the woman at the desk was incredibly rude and said she didn't have our reservation. She offered another room, and when I asked about our dog, she said only service dogs were acceptable. I showed her I had another email from Booking.com that confirmed from Holiday Inn that dogs were acceptable, but she said NO, that was not true, and we would have to find a room elsewhere. Not happy with Holiday Inn Express or Booking.com
