The front desk staff was very kind and always said hi to us when we came in from our clinical rotations.

There was noticeable water damage on the roof of the room.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfy.

There were too many steps to climb and depending on where you parked you had a long way to the ramp for those of use who are disabled.

For the most part the room was clean. The staff was very friendly upon arrival.

The bathroom had quite a few spots on the wall where the plaster is bubbled and falling off which should be repaired. The grates in the AC unit are cracked. The refrigerator had mold in it and the day we checked out, there were 2 bugs(roaches?) crawling on the TV and wall behind the nightstand! Also the elevator was "under maintenance" all weekend. We had to use the stairway that did not have a very pleasant smell.
