Unclean Moldy smell HORRIBLE ROACH INFESTATION DEAD BEE IN THE MICROWAVE Poor staffing- asked for more towels and staff never provided Missing items in room- missing towel. Only one and we were two people

Location

Language barrier with the staff There were roaches and other insects in the room. Room also had a moldy smell. Only the AC was working, not good on a 40 degree night

Nothing awful I have roaches in my room I should get refunded back at least half of my money back

Nothing awful it had roaches in there and instead of them giving me half my money back and giving me another room and spraying that room there self they gave me the can of spray that's awful
