"Overall Excellent! Kudos to Courtney!"

Courtney was the front desk staff when we checked in and despite a hiccup with booking.com payment, she did her absolute best to make things as quick as possible and really went above and beyond. Thank you Courtney.

booking.com problem with payment and resolving it over the phone was a bit more complicated then it should have been.

"Very convenient and helpful on our way through town on spring break!"

The ease of staying there….it was a quick stay and everything was super convenient and comfy. The woman who was taking care of breakfast was so kind/friendly and accommodating. She truly made me smile and did a great job caring for the people staying. The best part was watching her caring on conversations with everyone and engaging with a genuine level of interest.

Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast.

One ice machine was broken the other was empty. Needed ice for medications so very unhappy. Also no bottled water in the vending machines.

Estrella the woman working the breakfast area was outgoing, kind, and took the time to acknowledge the kids and converse with them. The best part of the stay.

Pool was closed for cleaning, whole point of the hotel was to get kids into it before bed and just when they woke up to burn energy before and after car rides.
