Holiday Inn Express Chillicothe East by IHG

Staff was friendly, place was clean, breakfast was good, close to Sugarloaf amphitheater

Although the rooms claim to be updated, they still need a lot of work. Cleaniness was not the greatest.

It was very convenient to make reservations online while we were traveling. Check in was easy and fast. Our room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast was very yummy with several options.

The pool was closed. We booked that hotel just for the pool. Our fridge had food left it in from past guests

Dirty

Room was covered in ants, saw a giant orb weaver spider a few hours before checking out, random snack bar chargers, and yellow stains on the bed. All hotels were booked since we were here for a race weekend, otherwise I would have changed hotels. Staff was friendly, hotel itself was mediocre at best.

Great breakfast. Nice indoor pool area.

Verified ahead of time that we could have early access to our room so we drove straight through 18 hours only to be told upon arrival that we would have to wait until 3. I even offered to pay an extra night. Nope.

The picture on Travelocity needs to changes. An old abandon car????? Really!!!!

We had to ask for additional towels several times and the air conditioner leaked and caused the floor to be wet.
