Staffs readiness to accommodate in any way. The rooms were very clean upon arrival. Breakfast was provided and the place was very quiet.

Room was clean.

The bed made metal to metal sounds whenever you moved in bed. Neither of us got much sleep. The bathtub was broken so if someone took a bath the room under us would have gotten wet. The picture above the bed was not hung straight. There were electrical outlets by the bed that didn't have covers on them. Breakfast was served at 6:00am and we left the hotel at 5:30am and the clerk wouldn't let me in to get a cup of coffee because it wasn't 6:00am. Had to drive to a convenience store and pay for a cup of coffee.
