Old building, cracked brick and potholes
USRoom was out dated and the ac was not blowing cold. Carpet in room was torn and looked like it was time to replace.
Out dated room the carpet torn. The ac was not cooling. The cart to haul belongings needs to be replaced. Wires attached to it.
