Desde el *check-in*, la recepcionista tuvo mala actitud. Llegué a las 10 p.m. y mi cuarto estaba cancelado. No quiso respetar el precio que tenía. El desayuno, muy escaso de comida, fue sábado y domingo, y los dos días estuvo incompleto. El encargado no reponía los productos. Mi cuarto 330 no tenía una plancha, no tuve servicio de toallas extras o jabón, mi A/C no funcionó correctamente, cosas simples que se necesitan en un cuarto ocupado. El personal de *Front Desk* no contesta llamadas. Es la experiencia más desagradable de un Quinta Inn. He tenido la oportunidad de estar en diferentes hoteles en otras ciudades y fue una estancia desagradable. Espero tengan una inspección pronto. Trabajé para esta compañía por 6 años y mi *manager*... nunca permitió esto en el Hotel. Asi que se exactamente lo que se necesita hacer en un cuarto o en un desayuno etc..
USThey had a good selection of channels to choose from that alone was a plus and a sizable bed that slept good. A good shower head that was also was a plus.
The carpet in the hallway does need attention and when I checked out no one was at the desk.
USUSUSThe staff at this location was absolutely wonderful and helpful and just all the way around good people except for one I believe she is the weekend cookI do not know her name, but she was very rude to me and my girls and she went and told front desk that I was taking excessive amounts of food so when staff came back around, I showed them my plates. What was on there and who it was for and ultimately, they apologize to me that’s all that was said but from then on out when we will go and get our breakfast, she would come out there stand there and literally watch me and my kids to see what we were taking, and that was just the most awful experience I’ve ever had and to be accused of something like that when she could’ve just approached me and asked I would not have had a problem with that but truth be told she was just so so rude and again I can’t stress enough how wonderfully awesome the other staff members were
