Hotel Arts

Location is great! Staff were awesome and gave us a complimentary room upgrade for our anniversary.

The pillows were super flat with very little support. There were hairs in the shower and bathroom upon arrival that were not ours. The room had some on wear and tear and could use an upgrade. Tv was small especially for the size of the room.

Cleanliness of the room, spacious, amenities

Very clean and convenient location. Room was nice and modern.

You can hear everything that goes on in the bathroom when your not in it.

Convenient and clean are key things I look for. This had both.

Pricey.

I go to Calgary every 5 weeks for over a year now. I only stay at Hotel Arts. It's doesn't get better for location, accommodations, staff. Anyone that gives Hotel Arts less than 5 stars...I hope to god that person never returns. PS...I worked in the hotel industry for a developer, operator, owner. I've stayed a lot of places and see a lot of things I didn't see before being in the industry.

Very clean, comfortable, safe, great atmosphere in lobby, food was fantastic!

Clean, comfortable, had everything I needed for my shirt stay.

The pillows and bedding smelt stale, not dirty, just not fresh.
