"Air conditioning did not work. When told we would be compensated they did Not follow through."

The ac didn’t work. The only way to cool the room was to open an exterior door. We requested a different room and were told that they were full. They then said that they would refund 50% but they have NOT done that either.

Have functioning air conditioning.
