Very nice Hotel,the staff were very polite and helpful

The room itself and staff were fine. We knew breakfast was an additional charge at this particular hotel, but I was not expecting breakfast to be $24 for me and $12 for my son. If it was $10 and $7...maybe for a good breakfast buffet, but not over $20. Too expensive. We went to McDonald's for Breakfast instead.

They do not make up therooms every day.

Had a great stay, staffs were friendly & helpfull.

Balcony in the room was nice. Beds were comfortable and it was clean for its age.

Very upset that the hot tub was out of order as this was the reason I booked this hotel. There was no mention of this on their website when I booked the week before. There was also no elevator in the older section we were in which made for multiple trips to the vehicle for luggage and belongings since we could not use a luggage cart. The room location and lack of amenities was not a $250 stay!

An older lady working in the bar was very ignorant and a nasty attitude i witnessed some couples walking out and not ordering , i personally left after one drink. With what they are charging they need to upgrade , it's very outdated and musty smelling .

The server that was working that evening was abrupt and rude when we entered the dining room close to 9:00 p.m. We were going for a drink and she was quick to let us know that with the kitchen closing that there would not be any drinking, as she was serving food to some guests....
