I was charged for a meal that I did not have in your restaurant and despite my attempts to try have it resolved. The hotel did not call me back or fix the issue.

Very clean and amazing food selection with buffet option.

Just a bit Meh!

Everything was good. I have celiac and the breakfast had more then enough for me to eat and it was tasty food. All of the staff were pleasent as well the pool was excellent. My only complaint was the maid. I asked her to leave 5 bath towels instead of four if possible and she said that was fine. She obly left three towels instead of five and only made one of the two beds and did not sweep the floor which was our fault but jad chips in one secrion. The quñity of the room cleaning was very poor.

A great selection of food to choose from. Also, we were able to use 'take out' container for our breakfast on day 2 as we were leaving early for our event.

Our room had a gap or something like that by the air exchange unit. You could hear the traffic pretty clear which caused sleep problems.

Great hotel. Very clean with comfortable beds. Several restaurants within walking distance. Front desk staff have all been great and have gone above and beyond to be helpful
