"More towels!!! "

Hotel was close to the airport and having the airport shuttle is a huge bonus. Room was standard. We only received 2 towels and yes there was only 2 of us but most females need 2 towels. One for hair and one for body. We requested new towels from housekeeping and they said we had to go to the front desk. My son went and asked for another towel and they said they would send one up. We are currently still waiting for that other towel. The next day we asked for our towels to be refreshed and that they didn’t need to do anything else. We got beds made and no clean towels. We were with 2 other families who also had issues with getting towels. I will say the bistro had some amazing food for dinner options.

We booked for three and didn’t have towels or coffee supplies for three any day. Had to call a few times to get supplies up to the room. Two of our showers were cold this morning. Not great.

The location is good and transportation was on time. Staff was nice. However, the place is not clean at all, floor was sticky and the room and bathroom should be upgraded considering the amount of people that stay there daily and the rate they charge.

Bathtub had a bunch of hair in it, obviously not even rinsed. Complained at the front desk (they wouldn't answer the phone) and the guy asked "Is it too much hair?" which I feel crazy even having to type out. Like any amount of a stranger's hair in the bathtub is too much hair. They moved us to another room, which also had hair in the tub and also in the bed. Both rooms also smelled like weird chemicals and the furniture was peeling badly. The AC unit in the second room must have been from the 70s. Cancelled our reservation and went to a different hotel.
