"Overall, was a good stay - likely to return"

Room was large, microwave was provided which was a plus. It had all the basics - mini fridge, kettle, coffee/tea. Room was clean.

Location was not ideal but convenient to grab a cab. Furniture looked like there were recycled from garage sale.

"Clean..Convenient Location for business trips"

The location was convenient—close to the airport with easy access to the 403 and 407, making trips to Hamilton and Etobicoke easy, with plenty of free parking. That said, there isn’t much to do nearby since the area is mostly industrial

Overall, the experience was nice. I liked the restaurant inside the hotel, but I think they could improve the quality of the food.”

"This is one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I couldn't even check-in. Never again!"

They refused to check me in under a policy that doesn't exist. Instead they warped the language of an existing policy and told me that verbally but failed to show where the policy exists in the terms and conditions. Then they refused to refund any of my money. This is theft!!!!
