Very nice hotel! Check in was easy and the staff was kind! I had a few questions before our stay and they were quite responsive by email. The room was surprisingly spacious, and the beds were comfy. We were happy to see a tub in the bathroom and the view was AMAZING. The elevator was close to our room and we did hear it, but otherwise it was a quiet experience as well. we would absolutely stay here again - a very positive experience.

I stayed at this hotel from September 19th to 21st, booked through Expedia. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing for a 4-star property. On check-in, I was given Room 1111. Within an hour, I noticed the room temperature was not adjusting at all, despite setting the thermostat to 18–19°C. I reported the issue to the front desk, and maintenance confirmed that the thermostat was not working. At that point, I was already trying to sleep, but I had to go back down and request a room change. The receptionist told me no similar room was available. I asked about an upgrade or any other solution, but he said he could not do anything without his manager and did not even attempt to contact the manager that night. The next day, I asked again for help, but I was still left in the same room with no resolution. Later, they moved me to Room 1213, but it had the same issue—the temperature stayed at 23–24°C and could not be adjusted. I was given a fan, but it was loud and made it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the blankets were uncomfortable, and overall I did not get proper rest during my two-night stay. For the amount I paid, I expected much better service and basic comfort. Having to “survive” two nights without proper heating/cooling in a 4-star hotel is not acceptable. I strongly feel that the hotel should have ensured rooms were in proper working condition before assigning them.
