Washroom door lock is not working
The photos presented during booking seems to be up to modern as it said the hotel was renovated in 2023 ! However, it’s quite unpleasant stay for the following : the trash was over stocked and on floor on the side door entrance ! The room was just way outdated compared to all scale of hotels under Hilton ( somehow we felt it didn’t represent and up to the Hilton standard ! The bathtub is worst amount all Hiltons hotels we stayed - the first time the told didn’t flush at all !!
The hotel was nice, nothing special. Booked here because of the pool but it was filled with kids from various hockey teams. Running around and parents with no care. Kids were also running the halls late evening. Not the hotels fault but soooo not worth the money spent
