Great, customer service. when my flight got canceled and did't check in as scheduled, they called me to confirm if I would still like to keep my reservation with out just canceling it.
Place was clean
It was an easily accessible option off the highway for us driving from out of province, but the area around the hotel wasn't very walkable and far from transit. It would have been nice if there was a foot bridge to the shopping mall on the other side of the highway, crossing the on-ramps felt dangerous.
