Snídaně bohaté a velmi dobré. Lokalita dobrá, v dostupnosti MHD, v blízkosti koupaliště Riviéra. Pokoje velice dobře vybavené, možnost klimatizace.

Omezené možnosti parkování, vysoká částka za parkování přímo u hotelu.

Ochotný personál, možnosť zahrať s deťmi si ping-pong, biliard priamo vo vestibule, raňajky určite stáli za to. Oceňujem ochotu prichystať malé sladké prekvapenie pre syna na raňajky k narodeninám.

Mali sme trochu problém s izbou, pripojením na internet a telefónom. Všetko sa vyriešilo po výmene izby. Museli sme požiadať dodatočne o posteľné prádlo pre deti (čakala som, že to bude automatické, keďže sme boli ubytovaní štyria). To nám trošku znepríjemnilo náš krátkodobý pobyt, avšak myslím, že sme dostali adekvátnu kompenzáciu za vzniknuté nedostatky.
