"Déception"

J’ai réservé un Holiday Inn et je me retrouve dans un Best Western. La chambre n’était pas très propre (tâches, cheveux sur les serviettes) et n’avait pas été préparée correctement (une seule paire de chaussons pour deux). Nous avons payé pour un ménage quotidien et fait la demande d’un ménage. Malheureusement, il n’a jamais été fait. Enfin, le petit déjeuner est terriblement décevant, avec pour seules options vegan les quelques fruits présents et éventuellement le pain.

Notre séjour a été annulé dès l'arrivée à cause d'un accueil catastrophique. Un certain Sabri nous a tout simplement refusé l'accès à l'hôtel à cause d'un excès de zèle et d'un manque d'écoute total. Pour un pré-paiement obligatoire de 100€, il a refusé le règlement en espèces ou via Apple Pay, exigeant uniquement une carte physique. Face à son refus de coopérer ou de trouver un compromis, nous avons dû repartir. Un comportement inadmissible dans le secteur de l'hôtellerie.

La proximité par rapport au centre de Clermont Ferrand

Pas de parking. Le frigo de la chambre ne fonctionnait pas. Prix cher par rapport à la chambre
